Career Decision Making Process
Staff will use the Needs Determination process to determine your individual needs and eligibility. Through one-on-one counselling flexible Return to Work Action Plans will be developed to suit your needs. At all times counsellors will encourage self-reliance and independence.
Activities include but are not limited to:
- Identification of Employment difficulty through one-on-one counselling sessions
- Clarification of Employment difficulty through one-on-one counselling sessions
- Development of an Action Plan through one-on-one counselling sessions
- Implementation and Evaluation that included follow-up and Case Management
